Natalie has a decade of experience working as a Behavioral Therapist in addition to two masters degrees. She continues to push herself to the next level of physical fitness, training and competing.

Combining her experience gained in the athletic arena, the classroom and the gym, Natalie developed a fitness program unique to her personal goals and abilities. Overcoming multiple injuries and surgeries gave her expert understanding of movement patterns, injury prevention and recovery exercises.
